Tom, who is blind himself, has over 20 years of experience in the field of accessibility.

He has worked with a wide range of clients, including government agencies, Fortune 500 companies, and non-profit organizations. Tom is also an adjunct professor at the University of Maryland, where he teaches a course on accessible design. He holds a Master’s degree in Information Systems Management and is a Certified Professional in Accessibility Core Competencies (CPACC). According to his LinkedIn profile, Tom is also an experienced speaker and trainer, offering services such as accessibility compliance training, disability empathy and awareness training, and VPAT/ACR services.
